We have an exciting new permanent customer service position based from our client's offices in the Fuengirola region.

Requirement

· Fluent in English, both written and spoken (native level) and ideally Spanish

· Excellent communication skills at all levels

· Strong administrative skills

· Good IT literacy

· Professional, well-presented

· A dedicated, hard-working person who works well within a small team environment

· Willingness to learn

Responsibilities

· Provide all-round administrative support to meet the needs of the business

· Keep the company database up-to-date

· Provide a high standard of customer service to stakeholders at all levels

· Communicate with customers and stakeholders by telephone and email

Package

· Permanent contract, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, 1 hour lunch

· Salary starting at €1350 per month net increasing to €1500 net after 2 month probation
