Role of an On-Site Coordinator:

Manage daily worker attendance, including check-ins/outs, absence follow-ups, and real-time headcount reconciliation against client requirements
Act as the primary point of contact between the client's operational teams and the agency, ensuring shift coverage, volume changes, and priorities are communicated and executed accurately
Provide on-the-ground support to temporary workers, address day-to-day issues, monitor performance and conduct, and escalate concerns in line with agency and client processes
Ensure all deployed workers remain compliant with right-to-work, training, induction, and site-specific health & safety requirements before and during assignment
Maintain accurate records of hours worked, incidents, productivity metrics, and attrition, supplying timely updates to internal stakeholders and supporting accurate payroll and invoicing

As an On-Site Coordinator, you will need to have:
