We are looking to strengthen our team with a Software Operations & Maintenance Lead, responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, stability and continuous improvement of key software systems in mission‑critical environments.

 What will you do?

  • Supervise the day‑to‑day operation of software systems to ensure availability, performance, and correct functionality.
  • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, detecting issues, analysing root causes, and anticipating potential failures.
  • Manage and implement updates, patches and enhancements, guaranteeing minimal service impact.
  • Handle, analyse and resolve user‑reported incidents, coordinating and escalating when necessary.
  • Monitor systems using tools such as Zabbix, OpenSearch or Dynatrace to detect anomalies and prevent service degradation.
  • Optimize application and database performance (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL).
  • Drive operational improvements and automate recurring maintenance tasks (CI/CD, scripting, etc.).
  • Track and report operational KPIs, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
  • Collaborate within Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and participate in full software lifecycle processes.

 What are we looking for?

Don't worry if you don't meet 100% of the requirements - we'd still love to get to know you and see what you can bring!

✅ Must‑have:

  • Experience managing and optimizing databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL).
  • Hands‑on experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Dynatrace, OpenSearch).
  • Skills in automation, scripting and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Git and modern development environments.
  • Experience working with Scrum and/or Kanban.
  • High level of English (minimum B2).

 Nice to have:

  • Experience or certification in ITIL / Service Management.
  • Familiarity with corporate tools: Remedy ITSM, IBM Maximo, Jira.
  • Functional knowledge in mobility, maintenance, ticketing or EMV‑based systems.
  • Experience in operational analysis, reporting and continuous improvement.

  • Exclusive benefits: Well‑being programs, discounts and flexible compensation.
  • Competitive salary aligned with your experience.

What does our selection process look like?

  1. Profile review : We evaluate your experience and skills to ensure alignment with the role.
  2. Initial contact (5-10 min) : If you get a call from an unknown number - it's us! A short conversation to get to know you and clarify details.
  3. Technical interview : Meet the team, learn about the project, discuss your technical expertise, and complete brief competency and English assessments (if needed).
  4. Interview with the Talent Acquisition team : Get to know our values, culture, career model and assess mutual fit.
