Horse Technologies is part of Horse Powertrain Limited - an independent new powertrain solutions business, with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. We develop and produce world-class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero.

This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Valladolid, Spain, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain's other sites.

What you will do

• Lead process design and simulation activities for aluminum casting and core making, ensuring robust industrialization of new parts.

• Develop and validate process designs using advanced CAD/CAO and simulation tools (CATIA, MAGMA, 3DExperience).

• Create and maintain digital models for LPDC, GDC, and sand core processes.

• Perform feasibility studies and virtual trials to optimize process parameters and improve quality.

• Collaborate with product engineering teams to apply design-for-manufacturing principles.

• Define and deploy global standards, best practices, and methodologies for process design and simulation.

• Support global projects with technical documentation and simulation reports.

• Drive continuous improvement by capitalizing on lessons learned and innovative solutions.

What we're looking for

• A proven track record in process design and simulation for casting technologies and CAD/CAO methodologies.

• A university degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering.

• Excellent skills in CAD/CAO tools (CATIA V6, MAGMA) and interpreting simulation results to propose corrective actions.

• Strong competencies in project management and cross-functional collaboration, with a proactive and structured approach.

• Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; French will be valued.
