This role is part of the D&T department of HEINEKEN International and is located in Heineken Global Shared Service. D&T is proud to bring cutting-edge innovation, strong technology, and advanced SaaS platforms to HEINEKEN. With speed and agility, we ensure HEINEKEN has the technological competitive advantages it needs to deliver on its ambition. The Technology Consultant Procurement - SaaS (Supplier management) is part of the Procurement Digital Products Stream and is one of the professionals who deliver a potentially releasable increment of the product at the end of each sprint. The Technology Consultant Procurement - SaaS (Supplier management) supports the Stream Lead in translating architecture and requirements into technical solutions and participates in the development. Close collaboration with Product teams, including partners and the Global Procurement Organization, is required to design, build, and deliver initiatives in the procurement area.

Your responsibilities would include:

working with the Stream Lead to understand, elicit, analyze, configure, document, and deliver technical requirements and solutions
keeping up with relevant developments in one's own area and ensuring the development, transfer, and retention of knowledge
working closely with the business to implement new applications, integrating them in HEINEKEN's IT landscape
as part of a team delivering improvements on existing applications, you will enhance quality and reduce technical debt
identifying potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product, and proposing how to resolve these, reducing the complexity of the work that has to be done
self-organising with other team members, you will plan and execute work in a flat structure at Heineken with no separate management layer.
providing inputs for budget and rolling forecasts related to the Digital products stream and procurement costs.

You are a good candidate if you have:

at least 5 years' experience in IT with a similar scope of responsibilities
experience with technical implementation and integration of IT applications
excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people
a team player attitude and can work effectively at all levels of the product teams, with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
ability to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and "truths" and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others
English C1
agile mindset.

You are a perfect match if you also have:

experience with the development of technical integrations between systems using middleware
working in an Agile team
SAP Ariba SLP experience
SAP BTP Experience
experience in guiding more junior team members and/or driving development activities.
