Job Summary:Senior Demand and Supply Planner will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective flow of planning through our global supply chain network. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing demand forecasting models, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Forecasting:● Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for various product lines across multiple brands.● Utilize statistical modeling techniques and historical data to project the future demand patterns and trends.● Collaborate with sales and brand teams to gather market insights and refine forecasting models.Inventory Management:● Optimize inventory levels to balance supply and demand, minimizing OOS and E&O risk.● Develop and implement inventory policies and supply planning process to ensure efficient stock management.Inventory Management:● Optimize inventory levels to balance supply and demand, minimizing OOS and E&O risk.● Develop and implement inventory policies and supply planning process to ensure efficient stock management.● Monitor inventory level and identify the potential O&R to pre-alert and support the develop the mitigation plans with the sales and brand team to minimize the potential impact.Supply Chain Coordination:● Coordinate with global, regional and external suppliers, and warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of products.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, brand, warehouse, factory) to complete the labeling/kitting activities to meet the brand plan in trade.Continuous Improvement:● Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.● Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.

【Job Requirements】
● Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.● Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain planning or a similar role.● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.● Proficiency in data analysis tools and system (e.g., Excel, SQL, SAP).● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.● Experience in the cosmetics industry is a plus.
