Commerce DevOps Hub is being established. The newly created organization, being an integral part of the Global Digital & Technology Function, is tasked with maintaining, but most importantly developing (functionally and technologically) IT solutions supporting the Commerce area at Heineken. Commerce DevOps Hub is located in Kraków and will include highly qualified IT professionals with direct contribution to both the technological development of the Heineken Commerce and the Hub itself.
As the Solution Engineer in the Customer Hub team, you will be a business facing individual responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the migration of data between source and target systems or platforms, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and security throughout the process. You responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. The role reports directly to the Solution Engineering Lead.


Your responsibilities will include:

Technical activities:

Coordinating and executing data migration activities, including data extraction, collection, processing, cleansing, loading, and reconciliation

Designing and implementing data mapping, transformation, and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of migrated data using Azure platforms

Any other task assigned by Solution Engineer within the scope of functional responsibilities

Creating and maintaining optimal data pipeline architecture

Assembling large, complex datasets that meet functional and non-functional business requirements

Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, redesigning infrastructure for greater scalability.

Documentation and Knowledge Transfer:

Responsible to create and maintain documentation for data migration processes, procedures, and best practices

Supporting with proper knowledge transfer to service delivery and OpCo teams

Collaborating with the Solution Engineering Lead to ensure appropriate data migration process and procedures are in place and followed

Coordinating with OpCo data teams to ensure successful data migrations. Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in data systems

Learning:

Staying updated on emerging data technologies and trends as it relates to key technologies in our landscape.

Mandatory to know:

Azure functions / Azure Logic apps / Azure ServiceBus

Microsoft Fabric / Power BI / Powerplatform / Databricks

SQL / Python

ETL Tooling

Excel

Strong Knowledge of Azure data services and tools

Azure SQL Database.

Good to know:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE or F&O or Contact Centre)

Power platform

JavaScript / TypeScript (Node.js)

Cloud Architecture Principles and cloud-based data solutions.

AI Tools and Framework

Agile Framework.

You are a good match if you have:

5+ years of working experience in a similar position responsible for data migration, data cleansing and Azure Services and Solution

At least 3-5 years of experience with many of the above-mentioned technologies data models and patterns

Experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery

Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and data integration techniques using Azure

Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels

Ability to learn new technologies fast

Ability to multitask.
