Now, let's discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever's mission.
About the role:
- Optimize processes within the marketplace teams to improve their performance, leveraging data and analytics
- Define the strategy of the marketplace
- Think outside the box and come up with creative ways to automate and simplify processes
- Measure the performance of the events in the marketplace to optimize their position
- Measure the performance of the teams to optimize the resource allocation and their outcome
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Maintain a high sense of ownership, urgency, and drive to meet business goals and objectives
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in a project management role
- Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish
- Strong knowledge of Google Spreadsheets/Microsoft Excel and data analysis (SQL/Python)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a bias towards data-driven decision making
- Strong lateral thinking
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work successfully across many disciplines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Higher degree (Master's, PhD) in a relevant field.
- Digital marketing background, with experience in social paid platforms.
