Executive Assistant

The opportunity

Our administrative team helps in agenda coordination, event management, data requirements and other miscellaneous administrative tasks. You will work with the most recognizable and influential players on the IT/financial markets within the challenging projects.

As a member of our team in the EY GDS Spain office in Malaga, you'll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by working on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches.

Your key responsibilities

• Help in daily internal and client tasks
• Support to optimise the administration of the portfolio management
• Organization of workshops

• Capacity to learn fast.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Vocational training // Administrative.
• Fluent in English.

Ideally, you'll also have

• Experience in international environments.
