What you’ll do
Onboarding & Employee Integration
-Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires (contracts, documentation, welcome materials)
-Ensure completion of all pre-employment and first-day requirements
-Set up employee records in HR systems (Sage)
-Partner with IT and managers to ensure access to tools, systems, and resources
-Support new hires during their first weeks (answer questions, ensure smooth integration)
Employee Records & HR Administration
-Maintain and update employee files (contracts, personal data, job changes)
-Ensure accuracy and completeness of HR documentation
-Manage HR databases and personnel records in compliance with data protection policies
-Process employee lifecycle changes (promotions, transfers, terminations)
Payroll & Benefits Coordination
-Prepare and validate payroll inputs (attendance, leave, bonuses, deductions)
-Coordinate with payroll providers or finance teams
-Administer employee benefits (health insurance, allowances, etc.)
-Respond to employee questions related to pay and benefits
Employee Relations Support
-Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries (policies, procedures, leave)
-Support handling of employee concerns and maintain proper documentation
-Escalate sensitive or complex issues to senior HR staff
HR Policies & Compliance
-Support implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards
-Assist with internal/external audits and documentation reviews
-Track policy acknowledgments and mandatory compliance activities
Profile and Skills
- You will have 2+ years experience in a related role.
- HRIS Mastery: Proficient in Sage (or other HRIS systems) and digital record management.
- Lifecycle Admin: Expert in contracts, addendums, and termination paperwork.
- Payroll & Benefits: Skilled in validating attendance, bonuses, and leave for payroll.
- Onboarding: Experienced in coordinating IT, tools, and documentation for new hires.
- Compliance: Knowledgeable in labor laws and GDPR data protection.
- Precision: High accuracy in data and documentation.
- Communication: Clear and welcoming tone for employee inquiries.
- Organization: Ability to juggle administrative tasks with urgent employee needs.
