Descripción del empleo
Would you like to start your career in Talent Acquisition? 🚀
Join our team and support both recruitment activities and internal office coordination, gaining a well-rounded experience in a dynamic and international environment.
You will collaborate with the HR team in talent acquisition processes while also contributing to the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. This is a paid internship starting in September, based in Madrid, with a hybrid working model.
How do we make this happen? 🤔
With people. Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life. And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.
You will start developing your career in Talent Acquisition while learning how recruitment works in the technology sector. You will collaborate with experienced recruiters, participate in sourcing activities, and support candidate screening while gaining exposure to international projects and technical profiles.
What you will bring 🤝
Studies in Human Resources, Psychology, International Relations, Sociology or similar
High level of English and Spanish (minimum B2)
Strong interest in technology and software development environments
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work with an academic internship agreement
You will support the recruitment process by screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with applicants. Additionally, you will contribute to talent pool management and help keep candidate databases updated.
You will also assist with back office and office coordination tasks, supporting the day-to-day functioning of the office and helping ensure a smooth and organized work environment.
Our working model 👩🔬
We follow a hybrid model, where you will be expected to work 3 days per week from the office and the remaining days from home, combining in-person collaboration with flexibility. This allows you to gain exposure to both independent work and close teamwork with the rest of the team.
