Job Description:

Join our Branch Operations team in Madrid to manage the end‑to‑end Bank Guarantees (Avales) lifecycle - issuance, amendments, commissions, cancellation, documentation - helping us to keep operations efficient and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Manage, within a team of both experienced and junior workmates, the full lifecycle of Bank Guarantees (issuance, modification, cancellation), ensuring accurate documentation.
• Respond to operational queries and escalate risks when needed.
• Maintain data quality, contribute to process improvements, and follow operational standards.

Skills

• Experience (ideally 2-3 years) in bank guarantees, trade finance, or financial institutions.
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
• Advanced English communication skills (essential).
• Advanced Excel user.
• Familiarity with Access / IA / programming tools is a plus.
