JOB DESCRIPTIONCUATRECASAS is looking for a junior controller with approximately two-to-four years of experience for a controlling, auditing, finance or similar post at our Madrid office.

The successful candidate will actively participate in the controlling team whose tasks involve preparing, managing and analyzing the income and expenses information of the groups (business units) and the different business KPIs for reporting, observing trends and proposing new strategies. The team has an important role in the organization advising the firm's different groups.

DUTIES

The main functions are:

To define the design strategy applied to the firm's documents, communications and all its devices

Following up on the billing objectives and the production process.

Planning and assessing the work in progress.

Collaborating with the different junior controllers to prepare the consolidated reports of the Madrid office.

Providing support to prepare the sales budget and expenses of the different business units.

Providing support to prepare financial and management reports for the controllers.

Providing support to prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.

Identifying and measuring KPIs relating to client development, business generating capacity, profits and margins, with the aim of understanding the impact on the firm's profits and on the contribution of each professional.

Analyzing the current and future business development.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Business administration and management, economics or similar; completion of a master or completing a master highly valued

Experience of two-to-four years in a similar position (controlling, audit, or finance department)

High level of English

Advanced knowledge of Excel

Knowledge of Power BI and SAP highly valued
