- Identify and assess customers' needs, handling consultations, after-sales requests, and general enquiries.
- Manage customer communications through email and chat, providing accurate and complete information.
- Handle customer complaints, find appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Build strong customer relationships through empathy, clear communication, and a customer-first approach.
- Manage the CRM system, keeping customer interactions, accounts, files, and databases up to date.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Administration, and other departments to support customer processes and operations.

- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Spanish and advanced level of English
- Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk, or a similar role is valuable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented, with a genuine commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and find effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible, resourceful, proactive, and dynamic.
- A true team player who enjoys working towards both individual and team goals.
- Previous experience with Zendesk is a plus.

English, Spanish (Required)

- Part-time permanent contract: Saturday and Sunday from 09.00 to 18:00
- Salary 8.051,72 euros gross/year
- Great team and working environment in a modern centrally placed office in Barcelona
- Full paid training on the company and the project you'll be working on
