Join CEVA FVL, a leader in the finished vehicle logistics sector, as an Inland and Logistics Services Supervisor based in Tarragona. This role is integral to our Operations division and offers an excellent opportunity to lead within the dynamic environment of vehicle logistics.

About the Role

In this supervisory position within our Compound organisational unit, you will oversee inland logistics operations, coordinating the movement, storage, and efficient handling of finished vehicles. Your leadership will be vital in ensuring the smooth flow of logistics services that underpin our commitment to client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inland logistics activities in Tarragona, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate vehicle movements, scheduling, and storage to optimise compound efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of logistics personnel, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including transport, warehouse, and customer service departments, to maintain seamless logistics operations.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in inland logistics or vehicle logistics supervision, preferably within a compound environment.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
• Good knowledge of logistics software and IT systems commonly used in vehicle logistics.
• Commitment to health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Effective communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and preferably Spanish to facilitate local operations communication.
