To support this growth, we are hiring a Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Barcelona and contribute to delivering tailor-made boating experiences to our clients.

We're looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join our crew in Barcelona.

In this role, you will play a key part in the Spanish Market of the Sales Team, a business unit of around 40 people, managing Spanish-speaking clients interested in booking boat rentals. You'll also work closely with the Supply and Customer Care crew members to deliver a seamless and high-quality experience to our users.

You will be responsible for the following tasks, which will vary according to the time of the year:

• Understanding our customers' needs and advising them on their boat search. Find the best deals for our customers by negotiating the best prices with Click&Boat boat owners. No cold calling, only warm leads already in your pipeline.

• Maximizing the conversion rate by applying Sales strategies, and accompanying customers throughout the sales process until its conclusion, providing them with all the information relating to their booking.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty so that they think of Click&Boat the next time they go sailing.

To maximize the reactivity and customer satisfaction, we are used to working on Saturdays during the summer season. You will be required to work at least one Saturday per month following a planning given in advance (you will get a recuperation day off then to ensure 2 days off per week).
