If you are currently studying and eager to learn about operational human resources management, the application of collective agreements, and process optimization in an industrial environment, this is your adventure! Join our dynamic HR Operations team in the Welcome U Internship Program.

In this adventure, you will be accompanied by Moeve professionals to help you make the most of this experience, becoming an expert in labor relations management, personnel administration, and HR process simplification.

What are we looking for?

• Students in their final years of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration (ADE), or related fields.

• At least 120 credits completed, with active enrollment at a university (with an internship agreement).

• Curricular or extracurricular internships.

• Eager to learn, grow, and bring rigor to operational management and labor relations support.

Skills and Abilities

• Analytical capacity for interpreting labor regulations, collective agreements, and managing personnel data.

• Communication skills to provide support in regulatory and organizational processes.

• Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for operational management and PowerPoint).

• Curiosity about process automation, labor law, and the operational workings of Human Resources.

Duties

• You will support the application of the 3rd Collective Bargaining Agreement, participating in the monitoring of the Technical Training Plan, shift organization, and the management of 16 hours of Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training for shift personnel.

• You will collaborate in updating Job Descriptions (DPTs) and tracking processes in Max Planet for shift personnel.

• You will assist in the automation and simplification of processes within HR Operations.

• You will provide support in managing organizational changes within the department.

• You will participate in preparing the necessary documentation for hearings, SERCLAs, and CMACs, learning the operational workflows of labor relations.
