What will your role be?

Your main mission will be to lead the design, governance, and evolution of our CRM platform oriented towards the B2B business. You will be the key piece to ensure that Moeve has a 360º view of our B2B customers, integrating all their interactions through the company's various channels to boost commercial efficiency. Your goal will be to optimize the functional structure of the tool, ensuring that Sales and Marketing teams have the information and functionalities necessary to maximize the value of each account and improve the customer experience.

  • Design and optimize the functional structure of the CRM to ensure a single view of the B2B customer and account.

  • Create dashboards and KPI reporting models that respond to the real needs of commercial teams.

  • Guarantee the quality and updating of key customer data, encouraging the correct use of the platform.

  • Translate insights and analytics into functional rules and actionable alerts, such as new opportunities, renewal notices, or churn risks.

  • Define and maintain relevant customer segments for targeted campaigns and strategic commercial actions.

  • Provide functional support and training to users to accelerate the adoption and homogeneous use of the tool.

  • Proactively identify improvements in the system, participating in the definition of evolutions and user acceptance tests (UAT).

  • Manage the relationship with external providers, prioritizing strategic objectives for the platform.

Who are we looking for?

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Market Research, or related disciplines. Specific training in CRM, Sales Enablement, or Revenue Operations is recommended. Training in data analytics or business analytics will be valued. High level of English.

  • Experience: At least 3 years working with CRM platforms and Marketing Automation in B2B environments. Proven experience in the optimization of commercial processes (pipeline, conversion, forecasting) and in the definition of business KPIs and commercial performance. Experience working transversally with sales, marketing, and data teams. Experience in handling data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau, with a focus on analysis and decision-making. Experience in forecasting and monitoring commercial objectives.

  • Advanced Knowledge: Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein GPT, Agentforce). B2B commercial processes (end-to-end management of customers and pipeline). Data and analytics (functional management of data models). Data and architecture (SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle; experience with datalakes or data warehouses).
