Are you looking to grow your career in Finance while expanding your analytical skill set? We are looking for an experienced, motivated and data-savvy Finance Analyst to join CH Product Supply Finance within our newly established Reporting, Analytics and Insights (RAI) Team in Alcala.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your Product Supply Controlling and FP&A experience, while elevating your capabilities in reporting, analytics and data visualization. The team focuses on standardizing financial reporting frameworks, improving transparency, and providing financial insights empowering business stakeholders across the Product Supply organization in various functions and production sites

As a Finance Analyst, you will support Finance and Product Supply stakeholders by delivering reliable financial analyses, reports and insights. You will work closely with experienced Finance Business Partners and Controlling Experts, learning how to translate operational and financial data into meaningful information for decision‑making.

For this position you can rely on your solid Finance and Controlling foundation, curiosity for understanding actual business drivers, paired with a high motivation to continuously improve your data analytics and visualization skills in a self‑driven way. Your exceptional analytical acumen and strategic mindset will enable you to distil complex datasets into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making.

• Perform comprehensive financial analysis, delivering timely, and reliable insights to both Site FBP's, the central PS Finance team and PS Leadership Team
• Design and implement advanced, user-friendly dashboards yielding critical insights into our PS steering relevant KPIs, that are intuitive, and easy to use
• Collaborate with the PS finance team, streamline existing reports, bring them to the next level of insights generation, and enhance analytical capabilities
• Collaborate closely with the PBS team to ensure coherent adoption of predictions of cogs elements on both sides
• Develop and enforce robust controlling standards to ensure accuracy of financial reporting
• Conduct special and complex analyses on product costs, inventories, assets, and profitability to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support and complement plant operations, ensuring alignment with financial goals
• Maintain and ensure governance in master data

Qualifications:

• University degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Manufacturing Finance or Production Accounting
• Good understanding of financial, controlling and accounting principles
• Experienced with data analytics or visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Power Pivot, SAP)
• Strong interest and self‑driven motivation to continuously upskill in analytics, data visualization, and predictive
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand financial drivers and business context
• Structured, reliable and proactive working style
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with different stakeholders
