What will you do?

• En colaboración con el/la Jefe/a de departamento, supervisar diariamente el planning de reservas de habitaciones a corto, medio y largo plazo, informes de ocupación y estadísticas, así como la lista de "no llegados", clientes VIP, etc.
• Comprobar los Rooming List de los grupos, asignación de habitaciones y cambios.
• Atender, registrar y asignar habitaciones personalmente a clientes cuando es necesario.
• Atender personalmente reclamaciones, informando de las mismas a los departamentos afectados.
• Proponer al/a la Jefe/a de Departamento las mejoras que estime oportunas.
• Colaborar con el/la Jefe/a de Recepción y la dirección en la política de tarifas de habitaciones.

What are we looking for?

• Formación: Grado en Turismo, ADE o similar. Ciclo Formativo Superior Hostelería.
• Experiencia: mínima de un año en puesto similar.
• Idiomas: inglés alto, valorable segundo idioma.
• Se valorarán conocimientos en: ofimática, programas de reserva.
• Habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
• Orientación al cliente.
• Trabajo en equipo.
• Capacidad de planificación y organización.
• Resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.
• Capacidad de gestionar equipos de trabajo.
