What will you do?

• Realizar todas las actividades del Departamento de Recursos Humanos, integrando la Administración de personal, Relaciones Laborales, Selección, Desarrollo de Personas y Prevención de riesgos laborales.
• Procesos administrativos para que el personal del negocio cumplan con la legislación vigente (contratación, nóminas, seguros sociales, impuestos etc.).
• Preverá y controlará el presupuesto de los proyectos asignados en su área de responsabilidad, así como el seguimiento y el control del mismo.
• Realizará aquellas acciones que le sean asignadas para lograr los objetivos marcados por la Dirección de zona y por la Dirección de RRHH.
• En caso de ausencia del HRBP, será el enlace entre la Dirección de Recursos Humanos y las unidades de negocio, para asegurar una comunicación fluida entre ambas partes así como la optimización en la gestión diaria.

What are we looking for?

• Grado en Relaciones Laborales, Derecho o similar.
• Experiencia, mínima de 2 años en puesto generalista de RRHH o 3 años en puesto similar, con personal a su cargo.
• Nivel alto de inglés.
• Capacidad de Organización.
• Habilidad para la resolución de incidencias.
• Iniciativa y proactividad.
