Join Our Team as a Claims & Customer Service Associate at AXA Madrid! Make a difference in our customers' experience and grow your career in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment. What you'll be doing: Manage and process new and ongoing claims efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policy terms and regulations. Handle complex calls and claims, providing expert support and resolution. Deliver excellent customer service by exceeding customer expectations and resolving any issues promptly. Communicate effectively with clients, external advisors, and internal teams to gather information and provide updates. Conduct administrative activities such as document indexing, email management, and data reconciliation to maintain system accuracy. Identify operational issues proactively and escalate them through established processes to prevent delays. Support the implementation of process improvements and best practices to enhance service quality and efficiency. Prepare reports, perform deep-dive analysis, and handle ad-hoc requests from stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory policies, internal controls, and quality standards. Support post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and operational smoothness. What you'll bring: Languages: Fluent in English and native in Spanish. Experience: At least 2 years in similar roles managing life, disability, or unemployment claims. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Education: Technical degree or higher. Key Competencies: Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, team player, proactive, and results-oriented. Attitude: Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to quality and regulatory compliance. You will be a key part of the Claims & Customer Service team, managing claims efficiently, making accurate decisions, and maintaining effective communication with clients, advisors, and internal teams. You will also contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with policies and regulations, supporting AXA's commitment to excellent service.
