Role description:

The role of a Business Development Representative (BDR) consists of calling English-speaking companies and speaking to the IT managers. There is no selling on the phone. During our signature Warm Handover™, you will work hand in hand with the sales experts from our clients - such as Intel, Dell, Fujitsu -, learning with the best of the best about the industry while building up your network of decision-makers around the globe.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Engage with key decision-makers: Connect and initiate conversations with IT managers on the phone to understand their current tech setup.

  • Spark interest: Present our client's innovative IT solutions and show how they can help in optimizing processes and increase productivity.

  • Create high-value opportunities: Set up meetings between prospects and our client's sales experts to move the conversation forward.

In order to prepare you to take on this role, we have an excellent four-week onboarding process to prepare you to excel as a BDR.

Uncapped Commission System:

As a BDR at Anteriad, you make your own luck. Our uncapped commission system means that the more leads you generate, the more money you earn. Period.

Working Timetable:

Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00 (1 hour lunch break)

Friday: 08:00 - 14:00
