Account Executive - EMEA

As an Account Executive (AE), you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from engaging qualified prospects to closing new business. You will work closely with Sales Development Representatives to convert opportunities into customers by understanding needs and presenting effective solutions.

This role is suited for professionals who are comfortable owning revenue targets and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.

• Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closed deal
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Understand prospect needs and align solutions accordingly
• Build and manage a pipeline of active sales opportunities
• Forecast revenue and maintain accurate CRM records
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
• Collaborate with SDRs and internal teams to improve conversion rates
• Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue targets

• 3 to 7+ years of experience in a closing role (Account Executive or similar)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong discovery, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-directed, organized, and performance-driven
