Misión

El objetivo de estas prácticas es que la persona conozca tres áreas diferentes de la empresa, obteniendo una visión global del proceso de planificación, demanda y suministro:

• Demand Planning: comprensión de las necesidades de demanda.

• Pharma Operations: entendimiento de la planificación interna.

• ESO (External Sites Operations): visión del funcionamiento de nuestras CMOs.

Funciones y responsabilidades

• Participación en el proceso IBP (Integrated Business Planning).

• Análisis de KPIs como Forecast Accuracy, BIAS, Service Level, OTIF, entre otros.

• Análisis de previsiones utilizando la herramienta FuturMaster.

• Anticipación a posibles problemas de stock derivados de cambios en la demanda, proponiendo soluciones para minimizar el impacto.

• Introducción a sistemas de gestión de información: Power BI, SAP, Ortsoft, FuturMaster, etc.

• Seguimiento y gestión de los planes de suministro tanto de filiales como de partners.

• Gestión del reaprovisionamiento de producto terminado procedente de plantas internas y externas.

• Seguimiento de reclamaciones relacionadas con el servicio de aprovisionamiento.

• Gestión de la comunicación con proveedores (internos y externos), identificando las primeras entregas (lote, fecha y cantidad) que deben incorporar cambios sobre el producto acabado.

• Optimización de obsoletos de producto terminado y de material de packaging.

• Introducción al análisis de capacidad.

• Conocimiento del funcionamiento de una planta de fabricación de productos farmacéuticos.

Formación

• Grado en Ingeniería o similar, preferiblemente cursando un máster.

• Nivel alto de inglés.

Experiencia

• Valorable experiencia previa en alguno de los departamentos mencionados.

• Valorable experiencia usando alguno de los softwares mencionados.

Valores y competencias
