Senior Finance & Pricing Transformation Analyst

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related discipline.
• At least five years of relevant professional experience in finance, pricing, controlling, commercial management, consulting, transformation or program management.
• Experience developing or working with pricing, cost-allocation, charging or financial models.
• Strong financial acumen, including practical exposure to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to build robust models, scenarios and decision-support analyses.
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills and the ability to create concise, executive-ready storylines.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and move complex topics forward independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Practical experience using Generative AI to improve analysis, communication, automation or productivity.

It would be a plus if you have

• Experience in insurance, banking, financial services or a technology-enabled business.
• A background in finance transformation, controlling, commercial finance or consulting.
• Exposure to platform pricing, service charging, transfer-pricing principles or shared-service cost allocation.
• Experience preparing governance or steering-committee meetings and working with senior executives.
• Experience collaborating across countries, cultures and organizational boundaries.
