Who are we looking for? 🔎

• Minimum 5 years of experience in surety and technological risks (experience in the construction sector will be considered a strong plus).
• Proven experience in policy administration, risk placement, and client relationship management.
• University degree in Engineering or Economics or Law (preferred).
• High level of English; Good level of Spanish (preferred) ; Italian proficiency required.
• Excellent command of Office 365 (especially Excel).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

This position will play a key role in managing surety and technological risk portfolios, supporting clients with complex needs, and contributing to the growth of our specialty lines in Italy.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing and administering surety and technological risk policies.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
• Coordinating the placement of risks with insurers and ensuring optimal coverage terms.
• Supporting the development of business opportunities in the surety and technology lines.
• Collaborating with the Caución and Credit specialty teams
• Ensuring high service standards and compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
• Reporting and supporting the Genova office in business development initiatives.
