Requisitos

Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within large industrial, data center, MEP, or EPC projects.
Strong knowledge of quality control requirements for critical Data Center systems, including HVAC, UPS, generators, fire protection, ELV, and BMS systems.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems and European/Spanish construction standards.
Knowledge of CE standards, IEC standards, and Spanish construction regulations will be highly valued.
Strong capability in quality issue analysis and corrective action management.
Ability to independently prepare quality documentation and technical reports in English.
English must be usable as a working language; Spanish language skills are preferred.
Previous international project experience will be highly valued.
Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.

🛠 Position: Quality Manager - Data Center Project

We are looking for a Quality Manager to collaborate with us on the construction of a Data Center in Vicálvaro (Madrid), ensuring the highest quality standards throughout project execution in a fast-paced and international environment. If you have experience in construction quality management, MEP/electrical systems, and large-scale industrial or data center projects, we want to meet you!

📋 Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for construction quality management activities for civil, MEP, electrical, and HVAC works within the Data Center project.
  • Establish and implement the project quality management system, ensuring compliance with client requirements, design specifications, and local regulations.
  • Organize and supervise construction inspections, hidden works inspections, material inspections, and sectional/subsection acceptance activities.
  • Review and validate quality documentation, including Method Statements and ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans).
  • Monitor on-site quality issues, corrective actions, and quality risk warnings, ensuring effective resolution and prevention measures.
  • Deliver quality training sessions to subcontractors and site personnel to enhance quality awareness and compliance.
  • Manage quality records, inspection reports, testing reports, and project handover documentation.
  • Coordinate inspections and approvals with clients, consultants and third-party certification bodies.
  • Participate in FAT/SAT testing, system commissioning, and Data Center acceptance activities.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by the Project Manager to support successful project delivery.
