Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorisé par les Ministères français de l'Europe et des Affaires Etrangères, du Ministère de l'Economie et des Finances et du Ministère de la Transition écologique et de la Cohésion des territoires et qui permet à Airbus d'offrir à de jeunes professionnels la possibilité d'acquérir une expérience rémunérée et valorisante à l'étranger, dans un métier technique ou commercial.

Le programme VIE est un contrat spécifique, en vertu des critères d'éligibilité de Business France.

Principaux critères d'exigibilité du VIE :

• Être citoyen(ne) de l'Union Européenne (plus Norvège, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplômé(e) âgé(e) de 28 ans maximum (une mission V.I.E peut débuter au plus tard le jour du vingt-neuvième anniversaire)
• Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.
• Être impérativement inscrit sur le site Mon Volontariat International avant les 28 ans

Un poste sous contrat VIE pour un Ingénieur Programme de Maintenance est à pourvoir au sein d'Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) à Getafe (Espagne). Vous rejoindrez l'équipe d'ingénierie des programmes de maintenance d'Airbus, une équipe internationale et polyvalente d'ingénieurs expérimentés, qui élaborent les exigences de maintenance programmée comme un élément clé pour assurer l'exploitation sûre, fiable et efficace de toutes les flottes commerciales d'Airbus et de tous les clients dans le monde.

Missions et responsabilités :

Vous serez en charge des activités principales suivantes :

• Contribuer à l'établissement d'un programme de maintenance sûr et économique conformément aux exigences de navigabilité.
• Définir, valider et vérifier les exigences du programme de maintenance programmée pour les futures conceptions.
• Représenter Airbus lors de réunions d'opérateurs, de conférences techniques et de séminaires industriels internationaux.
• Identifier et développer des solutions numériques pour l'amélioration et l'efficacité des activités.

Des déplacements professionnels sont à prévoir en Europe et, de ce fait, vous devez être disposé(e) à vous déplacer en conséquence.

Compétences requises :

Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes :

• Diplôme d'ingénieur en aéronautique ou équivalent.
• Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine aéronautique au sein d'une compagnie aérienne, d'un MRO, du support technique ou de la maintenance d'aéronefs (apprentissage et stages inclus).
• Bonnes connaissances et intérêt pour la numérisation et l'IA (Intelligence Artificielle).
• Expérience en gestion de projet.

En outre, vous êtes en mesure de démontrer les compétences suivantes :

• Bonnes aptitudes à la présentation et à l'influence, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
• Esprit d'équipe, style de travail collaboratif.
• Esprit curieux et innovant démontré.
• Déterminé, adaptable, ouvert d'esprit et flexible.
• Niveau de négociation en anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit. Un bon niveau d'espagnol est apprécié.

The contract duration of VIE is 24 months.

A VIE for a Maintenance Program Engineer has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Getafe (Spain). You will join the Airbus Maintenance Program Engineering Team, a multi-skilled and international team of experienced engineers, developing scheduled maintenance requirements as a key element to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation of all Airbus Commercial fleets and all customers worldwide.

The jobholder will contribute to development of Maintenance Programs within the framework of Airworthiness regulations, and boost efficiency of our process to ensure First Class Customer Experience and Competitiveness.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

• Contribute to establishment of a safe and economical maintenance program according to Airworthiness requirements
• Define, validate and verify Scheduled Maintenance Program requirements for future designs.
• Represent Airbus in Operator meetings, technical conferences and international industry seminars.
• Identify and develop digital solutions for business improvement and efficiency.

This role will involve some travel a few times during the year, mainly within Europe, and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

You have the following skills and experience:

• Educated to degree level in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in aeronautical field in Airline, MRO, Engineering support or Aircraft maintenance (apprenticeships and internships included).
• Good knowledge and appetite for Digitalization and IA.
• Project management experience.

In addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:

• Good presentation and influencing skills, both oral and written.
• Team player, collaborative working style.
• Demonstrated curious and innovative mindset.
• Resolute, adaptable, open-minded and flexible.
• Negotiation level in English, both oral and written. Good level of Spanish is appreciated.
