Job Description:

A new position as EF RHW Production Support has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe (Madrid).

The EF RHW Production Support will be responsible for delivering on time, cost & quality the components, equipments and means for the production activities to the Assembly Line of the EF RHW programme:

·Ensuring the availability of the work orders, materials and equipments in the assembly line OQOTOC to fulfil the production plan.

·MRP checking results and work order management (from Plan Order to WO Release).

·WO (work orders) Management according production scheduling, weekly MPS decision and supports the Production Pace Control (PPC) for Assembly and In House Part. (Dates, Execution station, Extended workbench, ...).

·Missing parts and Outstanding work management

·Based on daily work orders to be achieved, assure parts availability at the point of use (work order, pull flow, missing part, parasitic flow and outstanding work Management) and keep alignment between the IT system and reality.

·Coordinate parts availability for the short term plan & closing of work orders (components consumption) to enable quality conformity of the work order

·Defining and implementing optimized logistics flows for the supply of components to PoU and reverse flows

·Agility to anticipate risks and define corrective actions.

All these activities are in line with the Airbus Leadership Model and will contribute to increase Airbus profitability

SKILLS

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·At least 3 years of experience in Planning and Production Control or similar positions

·Ability to work in high demanding and international enviroments. Priorities set-up

·Good communication skills and proactive mindset

·Knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics and Quality processes.

·Medium level of English

·Familiar with SAP; MS Office Tools

·Export control knowledge will be a plus
