Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain?

AIRBUS offer more than 60 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #DISCOVER II 2026/2027 - Starting date October 1st 2026.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

Data Analysis & System Improvement: Assist in analyzing financial data to identify root causes of issues and contribute to the design and implementation of solutions that enhance our financial systems.
Project Management: Support project planning activities, including task management, documentation, and coordination with external suppliers to ensure alignment with programming guidelines and project objectives.
Customer Interfacing : Work closely with internal clients, primarily within the finance department, to understand their needs and translate them into actionable improvement projects
Integration: Collaborating with IT Departments to integrate financial systems with other business systems like ERP
Global Project Participation: Engage in both national and international projects aimed at developing and improving digital solutions, such as cost automation processes, which are applied across the Airbus Group.
Technical Expertise: Utilize SAP R3, S/4 HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other financial solutions to support project goals and system improvements.

Required skills #AirbusDiversity

Educational Background: Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in systems. Double degrees in Computer Science and Business are highly valued.
AI specialization and machine learning Knowledge is a significant plus.
Advanced proficiency in English is required.
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
Ability to work in complex and international environments
