DESCRIPTION

The selected candidate will join the AH Information Management Directorate, to manage, drive and monitor the delivery of Digital projects, related to Airbus Helicopters Customer Relationship Management domain.

Activities around Customer Relationship Management are today mainly driven by Marketing, Sales and Support departments. These business domains are composed of various teams that interact directly or indirectly with our customers and use various solutions that help building up customer relationships.

In a context of high service usage, you will be accountable for the stability, performance, and operability of our solutions. You will play a pivotal role between our internal teams, our managed service providers (MSPs), and our users to ensure service excellence.

The CRM solutions portfolio consists in:

  • Our Salesforce platform, which includes: Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and other tiers applications (PROS CPQ, Qualtrics...)

  • Our customer portal AirbusWorld: powered by Liferay portal solution, that exposes a set of services developed with the last industry standards

  • Our technical requests applications: a set of web and mobile based services developed specifically to answer to both Customers expectation and Security standards

  • a wide range of custom web-based applications that support various domains from marketing to support

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly technical Salesforce Specialist to ensure the health, configuration, and technical evolution of our Salesforce platform. This role focuses on hands-on platform management, technical issue resolution, release management, and maintaining system integrity and security.

YOUR CHALLENGES

Salesforce Platform Configuration & Health

  • Maintain overall Salesforce platform configuration and ensure continuous system healthiness.

  • Execute and provide technical support for Salesforce Organization (Org) refreshes.

  • Manage and execute Salesforce Release Management action plans and Salesforce Audit action plans.

  • Monitor Salesforce licenses and manage license re-harvesting.

  • Update and manage configuration assets

Technical Change & Integration Management

  • Create, review, and technically validate new platform changes and configurations.

  • Coordinate and support technical integrations across the platform.

  • Apply security-related updates, address identified security vulnerabilities, and manage service account password renewals and SSL certificates.

  • Document technical changes and configuration details in ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira).

Incident Resolution & Technical Support

  • Monitor, review, and troubleshoot Level 2 (L2) technical incidents within the Salesforce environment.

  • Fix and close L2 incidents, ensuring effective technical resolution and confirming functionality with end-users.

  • Route highly complex or system-level incidents to appropriate Level 3 (L3) business groups when applicable.

  • Create and update technical Knowledge Articles to document system fixes and configuration standards.

SKILLS

  • Must hold at minimum the following certifications:

    • Salesforce Administrator

    • Salesforce App Builder

    • Salesforce Platform Developer 1

  • Hands-on technical experience with Salesforce configuration, health monitoring, and release management (Gitlab)

    • Experience using technical ticketing and monitoring tools (such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Dynatrace).
