Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development in AI, with a focus on LLMs and generative AI applications.
• Design, implement, and maintain systems using Python, FastAPI, and SQL.
• Collaborate across teams to experiment, prototype, and iterate on AI solutions.
• Solve complex problems using analytical thinking and structured experimentation.
• Navigate ambiguity and provide innovative solutions in dynamic project environments.

Must-have Skills 

• Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and SQL (+4 Year of experience).
• R&D experience in AI, preferably with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in uncertain or evolving project contexts.
• Prior project experience in similar initiatives is a plus.

Nice-to-have:

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
