In our Finance Department, you'll work at the intersection of operations, data, and performance, helping us understand how our airline runs - and how to make it more efficient.

You'll combine data analysis, modelling, and operational insight to improve how we plan, allocate, and optimize resources - with a strong focus on crew performance and cost drivers.

This is not a traditional finance role - it's about applying engineering thinking to real operational challenges.

How will it be to work with us?

• Build and refine analytical models to understand operational performance and cost drivers in real time

• Translate data from areas like flight operations, maintenance, and crew planning into actionable insights

• Analyze trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, supporting smarter operational decisions

• Support forecasting and performance tracking, connecting operational activity with business impact

• Collaborate closely with Operations, Crew Planning, Engineering, and Finance teams

• Develop and improve tools, dashboards, and data workflows to enhance decision-making

• Contribute to projects focused on optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements

• Use data to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement across the airline

What will make you succeed in this position:

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering (2025 / 2026 graduates)

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills

• Advanced level of Excel. Being comfortable with Python / SQL is also welcome.

• Interest in airline operations, performance, and data analysis

• Fluent in English and Spanish (French, or Italian are a plus)

• Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working with complex data

• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
