Must haves

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in user acquisition within the gaming industry.

• Strong understanding of mobile gaming platforms and trends.

• Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with CPE and Offerwalls is a must. 

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist for our company who will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our gaming clients and ensure they have a positive experience with the company's service. This position involves engaging with customers through various channels and to troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and provide support and would require a person to learn and operate on various different platforms. The ideal candidate should have a passion for gaming, excellent communication skills, and an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
