• Manage and develop the Construction Laser Tools business area, overseeing regional sales activity and supporting revenue growth.
• Work with specialist team members to support local Topcon sales teams and nominated distributors.
• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen Construction Laser Tools knowledge across Topcon sales teams and distributor partners.
• Provide technical and commercial expertise during customer negotiations, product demonstrations, and sales opportunities across the region.
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to maximize market share and ensure customer needs are fully understood and addressed.
• Identify strategic partnerships with organizations, institutions, software partners, and other channels that can expand market reach and create new business opportunities.

This role is responsible for driving the growth of Topcon's Construction Laser Tools business across Europe, with a strong focus on laser tools distribution channels. The successful candidate will combine sales leadership, technical knowledge, and market expertise to support regional sales teams, strengthen distributor performance, and actively look for new distribution channels in EMEA.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager Construction - Laser Tools Distribution to lead regional sales activity for Construction Laser Tools.

The role will support direct and distribution sales channels across the region, working closely with a team of specialists to provide sales expertise, technical insight, and strong industry knowledge.
