Purpose of the Role

As an Account Manager for Sales Ads Agencies, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of media and creative agencies advertising on our Client's platform on behalf of their SMB clients. We are looking for a resilient, service-oriented professional who excels at building strong agency relationships and delivering tailored digital advertising solutions. Your focus will be on retaining and expanding existing agency partnerships, maximising their clients' investment and ensuring long-term satisfaction and revenue growth across their managed accounts. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of media and creative agency partners advertising on our Client's platform, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each agency's business model, client portfolio, and media planning processes, providing tailored advertising strategies that drive measurable results for their end clients.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the agency's managed accounts, leveraging full suite of ad solutions.
  • Conduct regular meetings with agency stakeholders, including planners, buyers, and account leads, to review campaign performance, present data-driven insights, and continuously optimise advertising strategies.
  • Act as a product expert for agency partners, educating them on new ad formats, platform updates, and best practices to maximise results across their client base.
  • Work with performance targets and KPIs, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and retention objectives.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with agency partners at multiple levels, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, loyalty, and continued investment.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information in Salesforce, including account activity, opportunities, and revenue forecasts.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving agency needs, platform updates, and shifting client priorities.

Requirements

  • C2 level of any Nordic language and C1 level of English (written and spoken).
  • At least 18 months of proven experience in sales, account management, or an agency-facing role, with the ability to quickly build rapport and drive growth across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong capability in creating and presenting digital advertising strategies tailored to agency partners and their SMB client portfolios.
  • BA/BS degree preferred, or demonstrated career progression showing strong functional expertise.
  • Expert Account Management: Proven track record of retaining and growing agency partnerships, with strong consultative and influencing skills at multiple levels of an organisation.
  • Agency Knowledge: Solid understanding of agency structures, media buying and planning processes, and the relationship between agencies and their end clients.
  • Comprehensive Service Focus: Prior experience in complex customer service or account management, with a focus on issue resolution, client satisfaction, and process improvement.
  • Resourceful Adaptation: Ability to quickly understand new business models, platform updates, and agency challenges, adapting efficiently to evolving needs.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Pinterest Ads, Meta, Google Ads or similar) is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems.

Benefits

  • Salary: 26.276€ gross/year + up to 3.408€ gross/year in bonus
