About the role:

The Growth Marketeer will play a pivotal role in shaping how our platforms scale, evolve, and deliver value to users across markets. This role focuses on driving sustainable user acquisition, seamless activation, and long‑term retention through data‑driven experimentation and user‑centric strategy.

You will build the systems and insights that increase engagement, strengthen product adoption, and unlock new opportunities across our digital ecosystem.

Which tasks can you expect?

  • Design and execute comprehensive growth strategies across acquisition, activation, and retention funnels.

  • Develop cross‑selling and upselling strategies for multiple SD Worx products and services.

  • Analyze user behaviour data to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks in the customer journey.

  • Build and optimize onboarding experiences that drive user activation.

  • Partner with local marketing teams to identify opportunities, find synergies, and optimize conversion rates across all channels.

  • Establish a growth metrics framework and regularly report on KPIs.

  • Collaborate with data (audience and BI) teams to build scenarios and forecasting systems.

  • Conduct user experience research and usability testing to identify growth opportunities.

  • Analyze the competitive landscape and market trends to identify new channels.

  • Create growth playbooks and best practices for scaling user acquisition.

  • Design and implement growth loops and habit‑forming features that increase daily and monthly active users.

What do you have to offer?

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Growth, User Acquisition, Inbound Marketing, or similar roles.

  • Proven ability to design and execute end‑to‑end growth strategies across acquisition, activation, and retention.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using funnel analytics, cohorts, and continuous optimization.

  • Experience with A/B testing, growth experimentation frameworks, and data‑driven decision‑making.

  • Experience collaborating with local marketing teams to coordinate campaigns, identify synergies, and improve conversion rates.

  • Skilled at optimizing onboarding flows that boost activation and engagement.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • High autonomy, ownership, and an experimentation mindset.

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Great if you also bring

  • Experience working with login‑based platforms (apps, SaaS, portals, LMS).

  • Experience in B2B environments, ideally with longer decision cycles, is a plus.

  • Experience designing cross‑sell and up‑sell strategies.

  • Familiarity with tools such as GAPowerBI, and Salesforce is a plus.

  • Experience working with cross‑functional or international teams.
