Scopely is looking for a talented Senior Motion Designer to join our Marketing Creative Services team, Flamed, in our Barcelona office, working on a hybrid basis.

We are Flamed, the in-house creative agency, an international multidisciplinary team. We produce thousands of creatives each year to support the global marketing needs of all Scopely games. This role will involve supporting multiple titles across our portfolio, depending on business needs, including Pokémon GO, Monster Hunter Now, and Stumble Guys, among others.
What you will do:
- Own and deliver high-quality motion design projects, translating creative briefs into strong visual solutions, from art direction through to final delivery.
- Help build impactful brand identities for our games and drive top-performing results in collaboration with other creative teams. Stay up to date with current pop culture trends (e.g., social media, design, film, TV).
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, ideate, and create storyboards and/or animatics to communicate concepts ahead of production.
- Work with strong attention to detail in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment.
What you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in motion graphic design within advertising or entertainment marketing.
- A strong demo reel showcasing expert-level motion design and animation.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools, including After Effects, Cinema 4D, Octane Render, Premiere and Photoshop.
- Experience with video editing, color grading, and sound design.
- Strong art direction skills, storytelling ability, and a keen visual sense.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for creative excellence.
- Passion for mobile games.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Bonus Point:
- Hands-on experience using Unreal Engine to produce cinematic-quality renders.
- Additional experience with Unity is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Social Media, Performance Marketing, and User Acquisition creatives.
- A proactive interest in AI-assisted design tools and their creative applications..
