Scopely is looking for a Senior Game Economy Designer to join our Yahtzee! With Buddies team either in Tel Aviv or in Barcelona on a hybrid basis.

Yahtzee with buddies is one of our casual free-to-play mobile games and is a classic board game with a new look. The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.
What You Will Do
- Create and optimize the economy for new and existing features in order to maximize engagement and revenue in the long run
- Manage the economy and pricing of virtual goods, content, and currencies in the game, both free and paid, including progression, bonuses & rewards for in-game events, competitions & challenges
- Collaborate with product teams to design the optimal daily experience for our players and maximize their engagement & performance with our features
- Investigate different economic models for different segments of users
- Build and analyze simulations and predictive models to proactively forecast the results of changes to content
- Plan A/B testing and analyze their effectiveness
- Manage & optimize game pricing models while defining key segmentation layers to support players' LTV growth
- Define economy KPIs and build mathematical models to monitor, predict and validate the impact of features on game balance and player behavior
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a game economy manager or game designer
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, a similar quantitative field or equivalent work experience
- High analytical skills & proven experience in quantifying & modeling players behaviors to reach product/feature goals
- Proven experience working with Product, Design & LiveOps teams
- Proficient in English
