As Senior Windows Platform Engineer within our Digital team, you'll serve as our technical authority for enterprise Windows platforms, combining automation-first engineering with hybrid cloud expertise to accelerate pharma innovation. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated Windows infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and VMware environments using Ansible Automation Platform and GitHub Actions
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for Windows image building, testing, and deployment with Infrastructure as Code principles
• Serve as escalation point for critical Windows operations and lead root cause analysis for platform issues
• Partner with application teams to deliver standardized, GxP-compliant Windows platforms that support SQL Server, .NET, and Oracle workloads
• Architect Windows update management solutions and lifecycle strategies while maintaining regulatory compliance
• Create reusable automation tools and self-service capabilities that reduce operational overhead
• Mentor teams on Windows fundamentals and automation best practices

About You

• Experience: Extensive Windows Server administration with deep expertise across versions: 2016, 2019, 2022, 2025
• Technical skills: Windows Server platform, expert-level PowerShell scripting, Ansible Automation Platform proficiency, GitHub Actions CI/CD experience, and cloud deployment knowledge (AWS, Azure)
• Automation expertise: Advanced Python/Bash scripting, REST API integration, and Infrastructure as Code methodologies
• Platform knowledge: Windows update management (WSUS/SCCM/Intune), Active Directory, and enterprise integration patterns
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
• Languages: Proficiency in English required
