About the role

Our Sales team powers customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments, solve complex problems, and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution-oriented approach.

We're looking for a Spanish-speaking Field Sales Representative to drive growth in the SMB market for payment and POS solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Prospecting and acquiring new businesses in the SMB market for payment, POS solutions, and other features
  • Owning the full sales cycle from prospect and lead generation to closing
  • Overseeing your territory and maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM system
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

What you'll need

  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in Spanish (native level)
  • 1+ years of solid sales experience
  • Experience on the field with in-person visits
  • A keen interest in launching a career in a high-performing sales culture

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with end-to-end sales cycle management
  • Experience in payments, fintech, and/or hospitality
