Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with deep expertise in healthcare, regulated, or mission-critical systems. You will own end-to-end quality across AI-driven clinical products, directly safeguarding the reliability of tools used by healthcare providers and patients.

This role requires balancing rigorous automation, regulatory compliance, and hands-on evaluation of AI agent behavior, translating complex clinical and technical requirements into robust, reproducible quality systems. You'll collaborate with clinicians, AI engineers, and a small, highly senior engineering team to ensure nothing ships that could compromise patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Build robust automated test frameworks across services and AI agents.

• Implement scenario testing, vignette-based testing, and simulation pipelines.

• Ensure compliance with SOC2 / ISO27001 / HIPAA / GDPR / MDR.

• Own regression testing and pre-release validation workflows.

• Collaborate with clinical profiles to validate AI agent behavior.

• Develop quality gates, metrics, scorecards, and defect analyses.

Must have

• 8-10+ years of QA experience in complex distributed systems.

• Strong automation experience (Python, Playwright, PyTest, or others).

• Experience testing healthcare, regulated, or mission-critical systems.

• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, or genuine willingness to learn them deeply.

• Excellent communicator with very high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience evaluating ML or AI agent outputs.

• Experience in safety-critical industries (healthcare, aviation, fintech, etc.).
