We are Paack, a last-mile logistics company founded in 2015. Since then, we have been experiencing strong growth in the Iberian market.

We were born with the idea of building an advanced tech-delivery platform to ensure more optimised, automated, and robotised operating processes.

Our main offices are based in Barcelona city centre, and we also have several warehouses located in different areas of both Spain and Portugal. It's there where the magic happens. It's where we supervise the warehousing and delivery operations, plan the routings and analyse data.

About the Internship👩🏼‍💻

To accelerate our growth engine, we're looking for a Growth Content Intern who is eager to learn, gain hands-on exposure and support key marketing initiatives. You'll be part of the Growth team and will learn how a high-impact company creates content, builds its brand presence and supports the commercial cycle end-to-end.

What will you learn? 🙌

Content Strategy & Storytelling

  • How to craft B2B content that captures attention and converts.

  • How to write and structure customer success stories and case studies.

  • How to develop landing page copy and value proposition messaging.

  • How content supports each stage of the commercial funnel.

Commercial & Sales Enablement Materials

  • How to create presentations and commercial decks for the Sales team.

  • How to build templates, one-pagers and collateral for client meetings.

  • How to communicate value propositions clearly and visually.

  • How structured content helps accelerate the sales cycle.

Social Media & Brand

  • How to plan and manage an editorial calendar across channels.

  • How to adapt formats and messaging to each platform.

  • How to create visual assets using design tools.

  • How to read basic engagement and performance metrics.

Growth & Funnel Basics

  • How a B2B acquisition funnel works end-to-end.

  • How CRM tools like HubSpot support marketing and sales alignment.

  • How to publish and update content on WordPress.

  • How Marketing and Sales collaborate to drive the pipeline.

About you 🕵️‍♀️

Someone who has:

  • Creative mindset: you care about quality, detail and visual communication.

  • Curiosity & fast learning: comfortable picking up new tools and workflows quickly.

  • Proactive attitude: willing to take initiative on assigned tasks, always with guidance and support.

  • Interest in the ecosystem: marketing, content, ecommerce, SaaS, AI tools. No experience needed, just an appetite to learn.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
