Digital Product Designer Trainee

Product Designer Trainees at North work across boundaries, owning all design aspects of entire projects throughout research to user experience and visual design. They are deeply user-centered, and enjoy spending time understanding user needs and business goals as much as crafting a creative solution.

You will be able to learn and participate in

• Working together with Product Managers to understand business goals and key metrics and define how they translate to design.

• Collaborating closely together with clients, through rounds of feedback.

• Creating prototypes and designing high-fidelity interactions.

• Keeping an extraordinary level of attention to detail at every step of the process to provide an outstanding execution from conceptual thinking to interaction and visual design.
  

You will bring to the table

• Understanding of prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite...

• Understanding of design rationale and UX & UI principles.

• Effective, confident and concise written and verbal communication skills (Spanish, English is a plus).
