Senior Fragrance Formulation Manager

• Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in fragrance formulation and development, ideally within a highly specialized perfumery environment.
• Strong knowledge of hydroalcoholic formulations and fragranced systems.
• Experience with industrial scale-up and formulation stability studies.
• Previous experience coordinating projects and/or leading teams.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus.

Descripción

• Lead the development of fragrance formulations from concept through to industrialization.
• Transform fragrance concentrates into market-ready finished products.
• Ensure the stability, compatibility, and performance of formulations.
• Coordinate testing, validation activities, and associated technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Fragrance Evaluation, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain teams.
• Resolve technical issues related to products and manufacturing processes.
• Explore new raw materials, technologies, and innovation opportunities.
• Mentor and support a small team of formulation scientists.
