Descripción

  • Driving new business as well as increasing penetration in existing accounts.
  • Achieve regional sales plan through leadership, coaching, and strategic account planning.
  • Define and monitor regional KPIs (sales growth, market share, tender performance, profitability).
  • Demonstrate outstanding product knowledge, understanding related clinical data, competitive product knowledge, & overall industry trends.
  • Support the team in developing new business opportunities and expanding account coverage within the region.
  • Applies strategic and commercial acumen to optimize regional performance and drive growth initiatives, to guide team decisions
  • Conduct joint field visits with Account Managers to support strategic customer relationships and team development.
  • Effective partner with leadership, cross-functional teams, & field-based counterparts (Regional Directors, Associate Territory Managers, CET Team, Marketing Product Managers, Key Account Directors, Sr. Leaders, etc.).
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Market Access, and Supply Chain to ensure tender readiness, inventory optimization, and efficient execution across the region.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and business reports to senior leadership, ensuring data integrity and proactive course correction.
  • Identify training needs, coach, and develop team members to achieve professional growth and commercial excellence.
  • Ensure all direct reports comply with policies, Quality Procedures, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide customer feedback, competitive intel, environmental shifts, & all other pertinent industry learnings through the appropriate channels to aid Sales / Marketing, & other cross-functional leadership.
