• Contribute to the definition, rollout, and assessment of Digital Workplace initiatives, ensuring solutions are ready for adoption and aligned with organizational change. The role will primarily focus on Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and emerging AI capabilities such as Microsoft.
• Collaborate with business areas to understand their operational needs and translate them into modern collaboration, automation, and knowledge-sharing solutions powered by cloud platforms and AI technologies. Support solution testing, user onboarding, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Explore, evaluate, and drive the implementation of workplace AI opportunities that enhance productivity, streamline processes, and improve the overall employee experience.
• Facilitate the successful adoption of AI-enabled tools by supporting communication plans, training programs, and change management initiatives, helping employees integrate new technologies into their day-to-day work.
