Based in the Barcelona office, the Underwriting Assistant will report to the TRI Underwriting Support Manager and will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the underwriting team. The role is key to ensuring efficient business operations, compliance with internal standards, and strong relationships with brokers and insureds.

• Create, review, negotiate, and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and other legal documentation
• Monitor and manage client portfolios
• Create and maintain accurate client files and records
• Issue insurance policies and invoicing documentation
• Follow up on outstanding premiums
• Manage and organize internal and external calls
• Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met
• Identify opportunities to optimize operational and administrative processes
• Provide full administrative support to a team of Underwriters

• High level of English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• Location: Barcelona - Diagonal Mar
• Contract: Temporary (4 months)
• Salary: €25,000 gross per year
