ABOUT THE ROLE

As an AI Automation Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of connecting powerful AI agents and LLMs to real-world workflows using low-code orchestration tools like n8n, V0, Claude Agent Teams, and Claude Cowork, LangChain, along with scripting and backend APIs. You'll design automations that integrate foundational AI models, APIs, databases, and user-facing systems, enabling fast, scalable, and maintainable deployment of intelligent workflows.

• AI Systems & Automation Development
  - Design and develop AI-powered automation workflows using LLMs and orchestration frameworks.
  - Build and maintain automation pipelines using tools such as N8N, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
  - Develop multi-step, multi-agent systems to handle complex workflows and decision-making processes.
  - Integrate AI models into business processes, ensuring high-quality outputs and consistent behavior.
  
• API Integration & Technical Implementation
  - Design, integrate, and maintain REST API connections with internal and external systems.
  - Debug and troubleshoot integration issues by analyzing logs, API responses, and system behavior.
  - Collaborate with stakeholders to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
  - Contribute to scalable and maintainable system architecture for automation workflows.
  
• LLM Prompt Engineering & AI Optimization
  - Design, test, and iterate on prompts to generate structured and reliable outputs.
  - Monitor and improve AI system performance, addressing inconsistencies and edge cases.
  
• Process Improvement & Documentation
  - Identify gaps in workflows and propose automation or optimization solutions.
  - Create and maintain technical documentation, including workflows, APIs, and runbooks.
  - Support onboarding and training on automation tools and AI systems.

Requirements

• Experience in AI automation, backend integration, or related technical roles.
• Proven experience building automation workflows using tools like N8N, Make, or Zapier.

• Hands-on experience working with REST APIs (integration, testing, and documentation).
• Strong understanding of REST API principles (HTTP methods, status codes, authentication, versioning).
• Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, or similar) and prompt engineering techniques.
• Proficiency in JSON handling, data parsing, and structured outputs.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and/or Python.
• Familiarity with automation platforms and workflow orchestration tools.
• Experience with LangGraph.
• Experience integrating voice AI or conversational systems.
